How to turn off narrator minecraft xbox one

Everywhere I search, it tells me that to turn off the minecraft narrator I need to hit Ctrl+B, however that doesn’t work with a controller. We have also made sure that it is not the xbox narrator by hitting the power button on the controller then the menu button to get to the narrator screen. It is off.

If it is activated only in Minecraft, it is not the Windows Narrator, there is a setting in Minecraft which activates voice and sounds. You can press the ‘Ctrl+B’ key combination to toggle it.
