is any one now how to convert minecraft maps to minecraft pe i heard thats you convert them with mcedit but i don’t now how please tell me. … I think you could export the existing PC map area as a Schematic, then import it in a map copied from your phone, save, and copy the save back.
EDIT1: Found map & save files for MC Win10, tried running level.dat file for MC Win10 on MCEdit, it shows an empty world (no grass/dirt or anything, just empty) but it loads a complete world for MC PC. EDIT2: Just saw that level.dat files for MC Win10 starts with a different format as compared to level.dat files for MC PC. 11 comments.
Well that’s different. But unless I’m wrong, PC worlds have a different format than PE worlds, you would likely have to use MCEDIT or something to do it, but it may not do that anymore. There may also be (Depends on the map) PC-Specific featues on that map that wont work on PE.
