I have searched around the internet on this question and have found by Minepedia (Page can be found here) that a Minecraft block is 0.001 kilometers which is 1 meter which that is 3 feet cubed. With that in mind, a Minecraft block doesn’t seem that big as it can be compared to a 40 inch tv and a bus wheel.
