2. 1/2 cup (41g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder.
3. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder.
4. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt.
6. 2 large eggs, at room temperature*
7. 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar.
8. 1/2 cup (100g) packed light brown sugar.

For the Chocolate Cake:

1. Beat together 110g softened butter and 110g golden caster sugar. Whisk in 2 large eggs, one at a time.
2. Add 110g self-raising flour, ½ tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Mix until just combined.
3. Spoon the mixture into cupcake cases.
4. Bake at 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 for 15 mins.
