- Preheat boot oven or conventional oven to 180 degrees.
- Wheels and cushions should be removed from skate packages.
- Heat boots for 2-3 minuets.
- Remove boots from oven.
- Place foot in boot.
- Leave the boots on for approximately 10 minuets.
- Remove the boots and relax the feet for several minutes.
