How do I reactivate my Maybank Online Banking?

Activate your dormant account easily via M2U ID App

1. Log in to M2U ID App and tap on your dormant savings account.
2. See “dormant status account” on the savings account details and then tap ACTIVATE.
3. Enter the TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number.

4. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

4. Enter your new password, then select Change Password.

3. Select Phone Banking Application.
4. Accept T&C.
5. Enter 6 digit PIN.
6. Re-confirm 6 digit PIN.

2. At Main Menu select Maybank2u/Phone Banking/ATM SMS Alerts Other.
3. Select Update M2U TAC Mobile.
4. System will display warning note: Please register your own and not 3rd party mobile number to protect your internet banking transactions.
